I had a fantastic stay! The owner, Luis, was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable. The hotel grounds were absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful garden patio oasis. The location was great, near the city center, and only a 20-minute drive off the highway. The breakfast in the morning was superb, and the staff even accommodated my vegetarian diet by making a special omelet and beans plate. The hotel also had a friendly night guard who made me feel safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through this city.
Nothing.

The hotel where I spent my Christmas was a true oasis, nestled in lush gardens that spread tranquility and peace. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a varied selection of Mexican specialties to suit every taste. Its location just a 10-minute drive from the city center made it a perfect base for visiting local attractions. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the water temperature just right.
The hot water in the shower was a bit temperamental, taking a while to warm up and sometimes running out quickly. Additionally, the room was a bit small for my liking and lacked storage space for my luggage.

The hotel was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, it had a great Christmas spirit! The staff was friendly and attentive to us, which was a plus. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for some relaxation. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it offered a good variety of food options.
The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned, there were hairs in the bathroom and dust on the nightstand. The shower had inconsistent water pressure and it took a while for the water to warm up.

The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but taxis can take you to the city center for a reasonable price. the rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. the breakfast has a range of delicious Mexican food options to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the courtyard garden is a relaxing place to be.
The water temperature in the shower took a bit of time to warm up, which was a bit off-putting.
